We have been working with different Home Builder’s, Realtors, & Homeowners on their staging projects. One of our more recent staging projects consisted of staging a spec house for a home builder. We selected furniture pieces for this house and brought in accessories and artwork for the house. Staging vacant spec houses can really make a big difference in the visual appearance of the house and improve its prospects for sale. Some people walk into a new home that is for sale that has no furniture or accessories in it and can’t visualize what the space would look like with furniture and accessories. To them it just looks blank and bare, and not worth the money being asked. I have heard this time and time again from home builders and realtors. If you are Home Builder, Realtor, or homeowner that has a home that is vacant you may really want to consider staging the house to get it sold more quickly.
